EMEA General Counsel | Data Centres

A global digital infrastructure company is seeking an General Counsel to lead legal support across EMEA with a strong focus on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the EMEA legal team
• Negotiate and manage EPC, design-build, contractor, engineering, and major supply agreements
• Support real estate, development, and commercial transactions
• Oversee construction claims, disputes, and outside counsel

Qualifications

• Strong background in construction, engineering, or infrastructure law
• Experience with complex, cross-border projects
• Prior in-house experience and exposure to data centres, energy, industrial, or telecom preferred
