As the Employee Relations lead for our Noida engineering center, you will serve as a trusted partner to approximately 1,200 junior and entry-level engineers, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment. You will play a critical role in aligning employee aspirations with organizational goals, proactively addressing concerns, enhancing engagement, and driving retention.
