Empowering Learning Support Assistant – SEND & Student Growth

Just Teachers Ltd is seeking an LSA in Shepshed to support pupils with additional needs. The role starts on 14th April 2026 and is fixed until July 2026, focusing on both academic and emotional support to help students achieve confidence and independence.

The ideal candidate should have experience with SEND, patience, strong communication skills, and an enhanced DBS. Responsibilities include providing 1:1 support, differentiating tasks, and collaborating with class teachers and SENCO.
