Role Description: Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. Communicate with internal departments /customers to follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment terms when necessary. Reconcile incoming payments, including cash, checks, and electronic transfers, and accurately apply them to customer accounts.
