Key Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately into company databases and systems
- Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies
- Maintain and update records as needed
- Organize and file documents (physical and digital)
- Generate reports when required
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Coordinate with other departments to gather or clarify data
- Perform basic administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus)
- Proven experience as a data encoder, data entry clerk, or similar role preferred
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Familiarity with data management systems
- Strong attention to detail
