End User Computing Technical Lead Analyst

An opportunity has arisen within Cigna International Health IT for an experienced EUC Engineer with a strong knowledge of supporting, Windows 10 Clients Support, SCCM for OS and application packaging, OS Deployments, and industry Workplace Technologies. This is a L2/L3 role that will suit a high-performing individual who is methodical, inquisitive and has a passion for end user technology and service. The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more experience in an enterprise IT environment.

What does a normal day involve?

• Maintaining and optimizing the provisioning of Windows Client OS, applications, and vulnerability remediation to physical and virtual endpoints.
• Coordinate with colleagues and peers in Cigna’s US Enterprise Infrastructure Team
• Proactively monitor and resolve infrastructure service issues prior to escalation.
