End-User IT Support Intern: Desktop Services & ITSM

Experian Asia Pacific in Cyberjaya is looking for an End User Services Intern to support day-to-day IT operations. The intern will provide first-level support for end-user devices and assist in troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues while working closely with senior team members.

This role is an excellent opportunity for those currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in IT service management and desktop support.
