In this part-time position, you will focus on creating connections with customers through the AEO Selling Model. Share your knowledge of AE and Aerie products, ensuring customers receive thoughtful recommendations and support in navigating options within the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers using a friendly approach
• Provide product education and tailored suggestions
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program
• Flexibly assist in multiple store zones as needed
• Proactively address customer concerns while following policies
Requirements:
• Passionate about customer interaction
• Previous retail experience is advantageous
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
