What are your contributions to the team?
In your role, you will be expected to:
- Develop and implement a strategic energy management plan aligned with carbon neutrality objectives and ISO 50001 standards.
- Conduct energy audits and assessments (ASHRAE Level 1 to 3) to identify opportunities for improvement and GHG reduction.
- Collect, analyze, and monitor energy data to establish baselines and performance indicators.
- Define and lead energy improvement projects (process optimization, heat recovery, HVAC systems, etc.).
- Implement and administer an Energy Management System (EnMS) for effective real‑time monitoring.
- Prepare and submit grant applications (Hydro‑Québec, Énergir, ÉcoPerformance).
- Raise awareness and provide training to staff on best energy practices.
- Track and present results (energy savings, GHG reduction, ROI) to stakeholders and management.
