Acterys is seeking a dynamic Engagement Lead for a full-time remote position in Canada or the USA. This role is pivotal in managing the delivery-partner ecosystem and ensuring project success.
As the Engagement Lead in Practice Management, you'll own the governance of internal and partner-led implementations. You will monitor project health, establish delivery frameworks, and drive efficiency improvements. Supporting a seamless transition from contract to go-live, your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction and engagement outcomes.
