Your Impact
Take the next step in your career as an Engine Room Operator at our Yatala site. In this autonomous, hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of critical site utilities that keep our brewery and packaging operations running smoothly.
You’ll operate and monitor systems including steam (boilers), water and reverse osmosis, refrigeration, CO₂, compressed air, and the Wastewater Treatment Plant, ensuring high standards of safety, performance, and compliance. You’ll also play a key role in identifying issues, applying structured problem-solving, and supporting continuous improvement across site utilities.
Please note: You’ll initially work a 38-hour week on Day Shift, before transitioning to a 12-hour rotating roster across days and nights within a 24/7 operation once fully trained.
