Job Title: Engineer I, NPI
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for NPI (New Product Introduction) projects evaluation and execution at the site,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve new products.
- Participate in the design, prototyping, and testing of new products.
- Work with Global Engineering team on product transfers and product development projects
- Responsible for designing the required tools/fixtures.
- Responsible to define the manufacturing process flow for new products
- Responsible to handover to the new projects to Operations with required deliverables
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in related curriculum such as Electrical or Electronics or ETC Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with 4-5 years of experience.
