- Engineer's main role is to perform routine task under the supervision of Engineering Manager.
- Responsible for keeping the line running in accordance to specifications, controls and standards. Keeping the specification and procedure up to date, making sure all recent changes and process simplification/control documented.
- Adapts innovation in the way we do things, making it more efficient, productive, cost effective and most important of all high quality standard, others may call it best known practices. Performs evaluations, DOE, product and process capability analysis as deem necessary, to improve product/process capability/quality.
- Engineer must have math acumen, good communication skills and the ability to solve difficult problems.
