- Implementation of various Kaizen Initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Adherence to maintenance budget to improve gross margin.
Core
- Implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
- Monitor equipment breakdown and implement CAPA actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis of repeated breakdowns to eliminate & reduce the breakdowns.
- Ensure availability of critical spares.
- Manage systems and equipment data storage and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy.
- Monitor repair & maintenance expenses and ensure adherence to the budgeted norms.
- Ensure calibration of all equipments like pressure vessels, lifting equipments etc.
