Engineer (Maintenance)

Job Description To manage service business units, include but not limited to: Ensure service teams carry out day-to-day maintenance activities and to minimize elevator/escalator breakdowns Manage day-to-day service operations and functions manage quality, environment and safety compliance Manage call-back rates and sick units, initiate general corrective and prevention measurement to improve performance and reliability objective Manage follow up actions relating to customer complains, conduct periodic inspections and visitations to ensure fulfillment and customer satisfaction objectives.
