Responsibilities and Tasks:
Identify yield gain opportunities and successfully implement strategies to achieve yield targets.Plan and implement a baseline improvement program to drive yield enhancements.Ensure process control charts are set up accurately, with strict adherence to limits and reaction mechanisms.Collaborate with Process Integration, Production, and other process areas, determining the best approaches to meet and exceed goals.Follow up on all defects related to SWRs, ensuring timely updates to the defect library.Set up contamination, defect, and performance qualification procedures and frequencies.
