Engineer – Painting (Planning & Billing) - Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Engineer – Painting (Planning & Billing) to manage planning, progress monitoring, and billing activities for painting and coating projects in the Oil & Gas sector. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge of industrial painting and BGAS Level 2 certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedules and monitor painting activities

• Track daily/weekly progress and update planning reports

• Prepare client billing and progress invoices

• Coordinate with site teams for measurement and work completion data

• Ensure painting works comply with project specifications and standards

• Review surface preparation and coating procedures

• Assist in cost control and material reconciliation
