Engineer, Plant Operations

Supervise and coordinates the day‑to‑day operational activities, and implement solutions to achieve mandated oil production, gas, water and CO2 injection targets, maintain optimum operating efficiency and assure facilities and systems integrity/reliability while assuring compliance to HSE Management System.

• Coordinate with different stakeholders in the planning and implementation of production and injection adjustments to meet mandated oil production and gas, water, CO2 injection KPIs.
• Supervise the operations staff and provide guidance to other discipline teams in solving operating problems and optimizing/monitoring conditions through data acquisition, analysis and applications.
