What You Will Do
1.Sort out the quality management system, hazardous substances management and product safety requirements of the Zhuhai factory, and output management processes that need to be promoted. 梳理珠海工厂的质量管理体系，输出需要提升的管理流程。 2. Work with departments to review and optimize commonly used processes in Agile systems, OA systems, etc., and lead or drive improvements. 与各部门一起评审优化Agile系统，OA系统等常用流程，主导或推动改善。 3. Establish a cross-factory supervision and continuous improvement mechanism and communicate the latest procedures of the Zhuhai factory. 建立跨工厂的监督与持续改进机制，沟通珠海工厂的最新程序。 4. Lead TL9000 audits and customer audits, follow up improvement actions, and verify the effectiveness of the actions 主导TL9000审核以及客户审核，跟进改善计划，并验证行动的有效性。 5. Perform other related duties as assigned by management/ supervisor. 执行上级分配的其他任务。
