**Overview**
GovCIO is currently working on a proposal with the Department of State and is looking for an Engineering and Implementation Manager. This position will be located in Fairfax, VA and will require occasional travel to customer site periodically.
**Responsibilities**
The Engineering and Implementation Manager oversees all engineering projects and the 24/7/365 EOC, providing services for physical and virtual hosting environments for all CA systems domestically and abroad. Responsibilities include strategic infrastructure planning, building resilient architecture, enterprise monitoring strategy and implementation, coordinating and tracking all Tier II and Tier III incidents, and managing enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., Oracle Enterprise Manager, Splunk, AppDynamics, Zabbix).
