Engineering Assistant Manager

Location: Danao, Cebu

The Engineering Assistant Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of plant engineering, including supervising, analyzing, recommending improvements, and standardizing systems such as refrigeration, compressed air, power, steam, and equipment preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures preventive maintenance tasks are completed effectively and on schedule.
• Suggests modifications, removals, additions, and updates to PM work orders and timelines.
• Reviews and evaluates the daily monitoring activities performed by Engineering Technicians.
• Supports troubleshooting efforts and helps initiate upgrades to plant systems and equipment.
