Job Description

Purpose Statement: To Manage, Control, and improve the Process engineering technologies at the site level, including quoting new opportunities from where needed.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Manage DFx development associated with RFQ's.
Support DFx Guideline Development.
Lead New Customer/Product Introductions.
Manage Process Controls.
Lead New Technology Development/Implementation.
Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
