THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager (EDM) to lead the delivery of complex engineering programmes in Greater Manchester, Crawley, Somerset and Plymouth. The role sits at the heart of programme execution, ensuring that engineering activities are delivered on time, within cost, and to the required quality standards. You will act as the bridge between engineering teams and programme leadership, taking ownership of planning, coordination, and delivery performance across multidisciplinary teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own delivery of engineering scope to cost, schedule, performance, and quality targets
- Define and manage engineering work packages, including scope, deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria
