Engineering Manager

The Role

You'll lead a team of 6-8 engineers (and growing), driving delivery, technical quality, and team development while working closely with Product and Leadership to scale both the platform and the team.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people, delivery, and engineering excellence within a modern cloud-native environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, fostering a strong engineering culture
• Drive delivery of scalable, high-quality product features and platform improvements
• Partner with Product and stakeholders to shape roadmaps and priorities
• Support hiring and scaling of the engineering team
• Champion best practices across architecture, performance, security, and DevOps
• Help evolve processes that enable speed, ownership, and continuous improvement
