A leading open source software provider is seeking an Engineering Manager for Ceph & Distributed Storage in Spain. In this role, you will lead a globally distributed team focused on building an innovative storage solution, ensuring the cultural values of the company are maintained. Ideal candidates will have a solid software engineering background, preferably with Python and C++. Experience in managing and coaching engineers and working in an agile development environment is essential. This position allows for remote work with some travel for collaboration.
