Engineering Manager (Crypto / Web3 Platform) - 17M/Hybrid

They are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and scale an engineering organization supporting a rapidly growing crypto/NFT platform. This role combines people management, product delivery, and organizational leadership, with a strong focus on balancing speed, quality, and security in a financial services environment. 


Requirements: 

Experience developing and operating large-scale systems

Hands-on engineering background

Experience managing engineers

Fluency in Japanese

Technical background in one or more of the following:
