Engineering Manager – FATP Location: Narsapura, Kolar, Karnataka Experience: 15+ Years Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (ME/EE/ECE/E&I), MBA/PMP preferred Key Skills FATP line setup and electronics system integration NPI and high-volume electronics manufacturing DFA/DFT, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen RCA, FMEA, DOE, 8D problem-solving tools Supply chain and component procurement knowledge Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills Responsibilities Plan and establish FATP production lines for new products Drive NPI builds, line qualification, and production ramp-up Define assembly, testing, and process workflows Ensure quality, throughput, cost, and delivery targets Coordinate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and customers Conduct pilot builds and improve yield, cycle time, and efficiency Develop SOPs, work instructions, and ensure ESD/safety compliance Support continuous improvement and production readiness initiatives
