Engineering manager (flutter + python + database + aws)

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager who can:
·      Participate in requirement discussions and finalize scope
·      Estimate effort, define timelines, and manage sprint planning
·      Mentor developers in Flutter, Python, Database and AWS
·      Ensure scalable architecture and high-quality releases
·      Manage deployments and cloud infrastructure
Must Have:
·      Strong Flutter architecture knowledge
·      Python backend (Fast API/Tornado)
·      Postgre SQL/Ms SQL optimization
·      AWS production experience
·      Agile delivery management
