Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To participate in the direction setting and leadership of the business. To keep the plant running effectively by being a keen participant in the management team, managing the HSES function, and providing technical expertise and management of maintenance and projects.
NB: only applicants with GCC
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To the whole of the Blendcor business:
•For marketing and promotion of values
•For visible leadership, commitment and Management of HSSE matters
•For providing effective direction and leadership
•For encouraging the adoption of values within the company.
•For implementing training and succession plans.
For the management of HSES.
BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•For preparation and control of capital expenditure.
•For preparation and control of Maintenance budgets
HSSE AND QUALITY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•Participate in regular site and activities audits, thereby ensuring compliance with HSSE and Quality ...
