Job Description

Role Summary 
The Engineering Manager owns end-to-end delivery of Photon’s managed services engagement, focused on vulnerability remediation, AO Comms execution, and AI-enabled modernization. This role ensures SLA-driven outcomes, smooth integration with client SDLC processes, and continuous productivity improvement through automation and AI. 
Key Responsibilities 
Own service delivery from intake through remediation, validation, and closure. 
Run operational cadence including intake windows, sprint planning, and SLA reviews. 
Manage stakeholder communication, escalations, and dependency resolution. 
Ensure compliance with SDLC, release, and change governance. 
Lead team ramp-up, knowledge transfer, and capacity planning. 
Drive adoption of automation and AI accelerators to reduce cost and risk.
