Engineering Manager (Food Manufacturing) North Lanarkshire Up to £65,000 + Benefits Our client is a successful and growing food manufacturing business seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function at one of their key production facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering leader to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment where reliability, continuous improvement and people development are key priorities. The Role Working a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern (6:30am 7:00pm), you will lead a team of seven engineers, ensuring the site operates safely and efficiently whilst delivering maximum equipment uptime.
