Engineering Manager – Nilai, Malaysia

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee the engineering department in Nilai, Malaysia. The incumbent will coordinate all maintenance activities, leading the implementation of projects, and driving technology transfer initiatives to minimize unplanned downtime while maintaining departmental KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering department, manage CapEx projects (~RM 2M–3M).
• Implement TPM and other management tools to improve equipment maintenance and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and IATF 16949 management systems.
• Manage and develop direct reporting staff.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with local statutory government bodies regarding new equipment installation.
