TITLE: Engineering Manager, Power Electronics Electrical Design
DUTIES: We seek an Engineering Manager, Power Electronics Electrical Design based out of our office at 2151 E. Lincoln Road, Kokomo, IN 46902. Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned office address. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address. This position requires domestic and international travel required, as needed, up to 10%.
Responsible for staffing and managing a team of engineering specialists in electronics, specifically for use in power electronics applications. Oversee the technical execution of the team and delivery of the project timeline and objectives. Ensure that BorgWarner’s electronics products are properly specified, designed, and tested to meet customer performance requirements.
