Position Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to provide functional guidance to project engineers who directly manage capital project activity. That person will also have responsibility for holding the engineer accountable for spending on the project, as well as meeting the business objectives of their projects. In addition, the manager will provide oversight for and coordination of the capital budget.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides direction and work assignments to project engineers, project or construction consultants, and similar technical resources.
- Coordinates activities of direct reports to support projects, business development, turnarounds, or general maintenance/plant troubleshooting.
