About the Role We are looking for an Engineering Manager with exceptional technical depth in system architecture, solution design, and large-scale software development .
This role is ideal for a former Principal Engineer or Senior Tech Lead who can provide both technical leadership and people leadership while driving architectural excellence across Electrum’s digital ecosystem.
You will lead a team of backend, frontend, and mobile engineers to design scalable systems, build reliable applications, and deliver high-quality engineering outputs that support our EV, battery-swapping, and mobility operations.
You are expected to set engineering standards, guide architectural decisions, and ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance as the business grows.
