TITLE: Engineering Manager - Hands-on PHP
LOCATION: Hybrid – Portland, Oregon
PAY: Target pay for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
This is a senior-level Engineering Manager (Hands-On) role combining people leadership with meaningful individual contribution.
You will lead a small, agile engineering team while remaining deeply involved in hands-on development. This role is ideal for a true player/coach who enjoys mentoring engineers, shaping technical direction, and writing production code.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading day-to-day execution of agile engineering teams
