Engineering Manager: Validation & Automation Leader

IF1874 GE Energy Power Conversion UK Limited in Rugby is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of testing engineers. You will be responsible for task allocation, ensuring product quality, and driving New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 15 years of experience in testing Control & Automation System products. You will work closely with stakeholders to enhance validation methodologies and drive team development.
