Job Title – Engineering Manager

About You – Working within a fast-paced manufacturing/ production environment, you will have experience within the Food or beverage industry. You will have experience within senior leadership across production, Health and Safety, Quality and NPD.
Responsible for Safety and food safety within area of control
Responsible for the maintenance & availability of the process & packing lines.
Make incremental improvements & changes in terms of reliability, moving to a preventative model, reducing machinery downtime, maintain & improve stability
Manage departmental budget, resource planning, contractor control, and performance management.
