Position: Engineering Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to incoming emails, handling customer inquiries and correspondence on behalf of the business owner.
Review project requirements and prepare quotations using established pricing matrices and company pricing guidelines.
Interpret and understand technical documentation, including PDF plans, AutoCAD drawings, iBwave designs, specifications, and engineering documents.
Generate accurate cost estimates and quotations based on project requirements, technical drawings, and design documentation.
Review and analyze iBwave designs to support project estimation, pricing, and proposal preparation.
