We're seeking a technically minded leader who thrives on guiding teams, driving process excellence, and ensuring customer success. While you'll bring strong systems engineering knowledge, this role is less about hands-on keyboards and more about leading a Pod of systems engineers, mentoring talent, and governing delivery standards
PURPOSE
The Engineering Pod Leader is both a Systems Engineer and a people leader. Beyond technical responsibilities, they create clarity, drive accountability, and ensure EOS rhythms are consistently followed.
They support, coach, and grow their team through structured One-on-Ones, Quarterly Conversations, and professional development, ensuring the right people are in the right seats, and the Pod consistently delivers results aligned to business priorities.
