- Own full delivery of programs and projects, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain project plans, manage budgets and forecasts, and oversee risk mitigation.
- Lead change management, governance processes, and stakeholder communication.
- Track performance, prepare reports, support decision‑making, and ensure adherence to company standards and regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external deliverables and represent the organization professionally.
Aircraft Modification & Technical Oversight
- Perform aircraft surveys and recommend modification or refurbishment solutions.
