Engineering Services Manager

Keep critical infrastructure running, compliant, and reliable. Lead planned maintenance, rapid response, and continuous improvement across a high-demand site.

This role is accountable for ensuring infrastructure services are maintained and operational to agreed service standards, with a strong focus on asset availability, business continuity, and proactive risk reduction. You'll manage planned maintenance execution, oversee reactive work, investigate equipment or plant failures to determine root cause, and identify assets nearing end of life for capital planning consideration.

You'll also provide specialist technical guidance to Facilities and Project teams, approve specifications for new plant and equipment in line with engineering standards and good practice, and ensure incident management protocols are followed so redundancy systems remain fully operational.
