The Engineering Superintendent will lead a team of engineering personnel in planned and unplanned engineering activities for the Hot Mill, focusing on the deployment of Reliability Excellence tools and promoting a culture of problem solving to root cause.The incumbent must be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive continuous improvement within the maintenance organization.
