Hands on maintenance with ability to maximize machine reliability and throughput while supporting new projects. A self starter with initiative to drive the team forward in a co-operative yet assertive manner. Ability to synthesise information from various sources and analyse and decide on a course of

• Ensure team has carried out all planned tasks such as PM’s and work orders
• Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance on an ongoing basis.
