Engineering Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and servicing of company vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure roadworthy units.
• Manage vehicle dispatching, scheduling, and daily operational requirements.
• Monitor fuel issuance, mileage, and vehicle utilization to prevent discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance logs, registrations, and insurance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and dealerships for major repairs and parts procurement.
• Supervise mechanics, drivers, and helpers; enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox meetings.
• Inspect vehicles regularly and investigate breakdowns or incidents.
• Control motorpool expenses and support fleet planning or replacement recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related course.
