Engineering Supervisor – Solar

Job Summary:

Design Supervision & Technical Leadership

• Lead and supervise the design of C&I rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
• Oversee utility-scale solar conceptual design, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations.
• Review, validate, and approve PVSYST simulations, energy yield assessments, and performance reports.
• Lead the design of microgrid systems, integrating solar PV, BESS, and grid/diesel generators.
• Oversee stand-alone BESS design, including system sizing, configuration, protection concepts, and system architecture.
• Supervise embedded system designs, including monitoring, control, and communication systems.

Quality Control & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure the accuracy and technical integrity of all design drawings, calculations, and documentation.
• Enforce compliance with project specifications, local codes, and applicable international standards (IEC, NEC, IEEE). ...
