Resumen: To lead and support the development, validation, and implementation of new metal‐mechanical products, ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, cost targets, and customer specifications, while ensuring a smooth transition from design to manufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the design, analysis, and validation of new metal products from prototype to mass production.Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for new products.Coordinate with cross‐functional teams (design, quality, production, purchasing) to ensure successful product launches.Create and maintain technical documentation including drawings, specifications, DFMEAs, work instructions, PPAPs, and related deliverables.Support design reviews and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities.Provide manufacturing support and drive continuous improvement during product launch phases.Propose design and process improvements to optimize manufacturability and reduce costs.Provide tech...
