English and Science Tutor

Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting for tutors in Wakefield! The ideal candidate should be hardworking, dedicated, and eager to aid students in their learning journey. Candidates should have experience working with children, whether that be tuition, teaching and classroom roles, or pastoral and care employment.

• Position: 1:1 Tutor - English and Science
• Start date: ASAP
• End date: Ongoing, open-ended
• Area: WF9
• Working hours: 4 hours a week - 2 hours per subject.
• Pay Rate: GBP20 - GBP30 per hour

Experience, Training and Qualifications

• QTS (desired but not required), or previous experience of working with students on a 1:1 basis.
• Proven track record of improving students performances.
• Team Teach Qualification would be highly desirable, but not required.
