Job Description
- Prepare English IEPS and School Assessments.
- Run English intervention sessions
- Assess children through pre and post tests.
- Use of CBM assessment to measure students’ progress.
- Fill out case-study forms (include weaknesses and strength and clear recommended programs for child).
- Ability to give appropriate feedback to parents in pre and post testing meetings.
- Provide one-on-one intervention effectively and efficiently while maintaining rapport and connectedness with students.
- Data analysis: Look at parent/student/trainer feedback- trainer flow sheets/progress test results.
- Reach progress target of at least 2 total year gains for every child.
- Provide recommendations to parents on a daily basis on the communication book and invite parents to observe sessions at the center.
