Promotes and sells Molex range of products and grow Molex’s Profit and Revenue in existing customer and new business.

You will be reporting to Sales Manager/District Sales Manager
What You Will Do
-Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue goals and profit through Molex distributor and Direct Account.
-Specific tasks include
oSale Force- demand creation/ design in for new program/new customer
§Spearheads’ new business development by handling all enquiries, participating in designs-in and 2nd sourcing at customers,
§Be the champion to coordinate sample and documents for the customer’s NPI build to ensure Molex is the primary source.
§Create/Maintains and tracks all project status in the Sales Force system
§Ensure new project pipeline in the Sale Force system is adequate for future growth.
